about Sarah
Sarah moved to Italy from Aotearoa | New Zealand to pursue a childhood dream: studying to become a Chef. She studied at the esteemed Italian culinary institution Alma in Emilia Romagna and has worked at several Italian restaurants, experiencing kitchens in Piemonte, Liguria, Puglia and Sicily. She opened Little Italian Kitchen in Cefalù, Sicily in 2025 to teach the art of fresh pasta alongside the simple pleasures found in everyday Italian cuisine.
