Want less time in the kitchen and more time on the beach? Spend a couple of hours making a delicious fresh pasta or two - then return home with it ready to be cooked at your leisure. This is a fun, hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch - then take your creations home with you to cook in the comfort of your apartment, B&B or villa*.

 

Make and Take Workshops are always small groups meaning you'll have plenty of one-on-one attention and support from Sarah. 

What to Expect:
- a relaxed friendly environment suitable for beginners through to pasta masters 

- a delicious Sicilian-inspired cocktail or wine

- sampling of local Sicilian treats and cheese
- step-by-step guidance on working with fresh pasta 
- all ingredients and tools provided

You'll leave with

- a perfectly packaged portion or two of fresh pasta made by you
- inspiration for sauces to serve with your expertly prepared pasta 

- recipe card including pasta tips and tricks 

- Sarah's phone number if you need help when it's time to cook (!)

 

Note: sauces to accompany your fresh pasta can be ordered in advance at an additional cost
