Hands On Help

A fully immersive Italian culinary experience
Step inside the Little Italian Kitchen for a delicious adventure inside a bright and airy 300 year old Sicilian home. You'll learn dishes inspired by the sea, the land, and my culinary adventures throughout Italy including pasta techniques from the North of Italy (think ravioli and tortelloni) influenced by the vibrant flavours and colours of Sicily. Together we'll honour local traditions while creating a delicious shared meal from scratch.

This is an experience for all Italian food lovers - whether you're a beginner or confident in the kitchen.

What will I do in a Little Italian Kitchen class?

- Learn to make fresh pasta, sauces, sides and classic Sicilian dishes

- Step-by-step guidance on working with fresh pasta 

- Use fresh, locally-sourced seasonal ingredients from nearby farms

- Sample Sicilian certified products and local cheeses

- Learn plating techniques, kitchen tips and tricks 

- Drink refreshing summery Spritz and enjoy free flowing wine (plus sample homemade liqueurs)

- Raise glasses over a shared lunch or dinner (with dessert of course!)

- Enjoy stories, great company and the joy of cooking together

- Take home recipes and special memories

€100 per person.
All ingredients, equipment, and recipes are included. 

Duration:
Approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the menu and group size.
